The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. They made my Christmas stay memorable. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and not in a touristy area. I also appreciated the availability of hot water and tea throughout my stay.
The check-in process was a bit confusing as it was located in a separate building that was not well-maintained. It was not a pleasant first impression.

Exceptional! We were in need of an early check-in and the owner understood our situation perfectly, giving us a private room even though we hadn't booked one. The bed was comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The location was great, close to Plaza de Armas, and they even stored our luggage while we went on a backpacking trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

Welcoming family, tea and coffee offered in common room. Comfy bed and warm blankets. Kitchen available, need to pay for gas. Free tea and WiFi. Clean and always someone to talk to. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with warm duvet covers and comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and accommodating, offering early check-ins and even serving tea upon arrival.
The showers can be a bit dirty and the hot water can be inconsistent at times, but with a little patience, a decent shower can be achieved.

Secret Garden was worth every penny. The room was super comfortable and I had it all to myself! The location was great, away from the noisy center but still only a short walk to the city center. The staff, Alicia and Vladimir, were helpful and even organized tours for me. Can't recommend this place enough!
Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot. It was within walking distance to the center, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. the staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The beds were comfortable and the consistent hot water in the showers was a pleasant surprise. The WiFi connection worked well throughout my stay, and the simple but satisfactory breakfast provided a good start to the day. Having a TV and computer downstairs was an added bonus.
One downside of the hotel was the lack of common space. It was often a challenge to find a place to sit and relax, especially during peak hours.
